Will the jewellery lose its shine?
No. Our jewellery is crafted with premium anti-tarnish plating to help it retain its shine for a long time. To maximize its lifespan, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry place after use.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible, you must have a complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits. Exchange requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We only accept prepaid orders to ensure faster processing and secure delivery.
